Our certified personal trainers will provide guidance through a tailored program for your health & fitness needs. Whether your goal is to feel better, lose weight, or train for a specific day or event, our personal trainers can help you get there.





Join us at any fitness level, a lot of classes state any fitness level is welcome. This program was designed when we realized the number of our clients that are post Bariatric surgery clients. Who wanted to benefit from the group fitness environment, but felt like they would fail if they tried to attend a ‘traditional’ class.

In this class, all movements start at the most basic level for those with mobility challenges, but as individuals progress the movements are progressed with them to continue challenging clients to improve.

Support—At the end of each class clients have the option to get support from fellow class mates by talking and sharing experiences for 15-20 minutes about things that are working, that are challenging them, or just talk to like minded individuals.




P90X is a total-body program that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. It uses the science of "muscle confusion" to challenge your body with new moves and routines. P90X can be modified for any fitness level. It also uses some plyometric training that helps people beat their plateau by training their bodies with different workouts. P90X originated as a home workout program and has been successful for people since 2004. This class offering is at the Chaparral address.


Kettle-Bell Fitness Class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Melt Hand and Foot Treatment

Now available MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Workshops. A Fun & Exciting way to not only get your workout in but your best friends as well. The program is designed to create a safe and fun environment for you and your Canine Companion to get fit and healthy. Don't make the decision to workout yourself or exercise your dog. Is your dog crazy or does he need more stimulation then you have time for? Come check out a class and learn how to create a better bond with your dog. A better bond means a more responsive dog. A tired dog means a more well behaved dog.

Current Paws For Fitness Classes:

Paws for Fitness & A Little Obedience - Small Group Fitness Class with you and your dog. Both of you do traditional Paws for Fitness class movements with additional breakouts to work on the 7 common commands.

Paws for Fitness with Challenge Sets - Small Group Fitness Class with you and your dog. Both of you do traditional Paws for Fitness class movements with advanced challenge fitness movements.

Youth Paws for Fitness & Canine Awareness - Join us to have fun working out and learning about interacting with dogs. This class is a fun youth fitness class with an education component to help educate kids on the correct way to interact with dogs they know and dogs they don't know. Register for this class through the CYSS on Fort Hood or through our site. (Age 8-17)


TRX

As a TRX Premier Facility, we have a TRX TEAM Camp Certified Instructor that oversees our TRX Class formats. The TRX Suspension Training is a workout utilizing a system of suspended straps with handles, this allows the user to leverage their body weight as they train. Even if you think you are too weak or under-conditioned, we encourage you to try out a class. We have clients that have significant limitations that enjoy our classes.

Looking for a perfect blend of strength and cardio? These classes address the foundations of improving your cardio, building muscular endurance, and promoting weight loss. Interval-based classes will keep the heart rate elevated while transitioning between cardio and strength intervals to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and core stability. The classes feature multiple training tools. This quintessential TRX experience will lead you down the road to your best all around fitness.



  Small Group Fitness Classes - Multiple participants with a trainer. Prices start at $20.

  Personal Training - One on One training with you and a personal trainer. Prices start at $35.
 


 


What to bring to class for “Paws for Fitness”:

  • All Canine's are required to attend an orientation prior to their first session.
     
  • Water for you and your puppy
     
  • Leash (recommended 2'-4'; NO retractable leashes or prong collars)
     
  • Treat or toy (whatever motivates your puppy)
     
  • Towel
